Fox Searchlight announced it has upped Dan Pittman to senior VP of media.
In his new gig, Pittman will oversee all aspects of media research, planning and buying for the disbrib's theatrical marketing campaigns.
Pittman joined Searchlight in 2004 as a media manager. He most recently served as VP of media where he worked on campaigns for "Sideways," "Little Miss Sunshine," "Juno" and Oscar picture winner "Slumdog Millionaire."
Pittman will report to Searchlight's exec VPs of marketing, Stephanie Allen and Michelle Hooper.
