Participants in the panel included Josh Deutsch, CEO & Chairman, Downtown Records, Peter Edge, President & CEO, RCA Records, Steve Greenberg, Founder/CEO, S-Curve Records, Craig Kallman, Chairman & CEO, Atlantic Records, Avery Lipman, Co-President & COO, Universal Republic Records, Monte Lipman, President & CEO, Universal Republic Records, Darius Van Arman, Co-Owner, Dead Oceans, Jagjaguwar and Secretly Canadian.

The panelists each discussed their personal journey into the field of A&R, their favorite music they've had a hand in creating and releasing, and what they each look for in new acts they sign.
